All terms and conditions listed below apply to every delivery. The terms and conditions stated below are according to the Belgian law. Each purchase at this shop, implies that all terms and conditions mentioned below are accepted by the customer.


The prices listed on this website are in euro and don’t include shipping fees. They are valid retail prices as of date of publishing. Prices are by piece of jewelry. In the case of earrings, note that most are by piece and some by pair. This will always be mentioned.


We ship orders twice a week after payment is completed, usually on Tuesday and Thursday. The package will get to the destination 2 to 21 business days later – depending on the destination. Delivery time may vary! Keep this in mind if you are buying for a special occasion (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, etc). Delivery times are estimated, we are not responsible for postal or holiday delays.

Shipping to Belgium will be by PostNL.

PostNL – your order can be tracked. You will receive a tracking number automatically once we shipped your order. Our packages will fit in almost every mailbox. Your order is not insured meaning that if it gets lost by postNL. We will not be held responsible and your order will not be replaced.

Shipping within Europe is through PostNL – your order can be tracked. Your order is insured up to the value of 500 euro.

For the rest of the world shipping fee on request.

Important note: buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes & additional postal fees.


All photographs on the website are as representative of the item as possible. Once you have ordered your item you will receive an email confirming your purchase and an order number which should be stated if you pay by bank transfer (only possible within Europe), Bancontact or by PayPal. Laure De Mees retains ownership of goods, until all goods are completely paid for by the customer.


Orders that have not been paid within 10 days will be automatically cancelled.
There are multiple ways you can pay for you purchase:

Exchange and refunds

Any complaints must be logged within 7 days of the delivery date and should be sent via registered mail for legal compliance. If the complaint is deemed valid, Laure De Mees’ liability is limited to the exchange of goods. For items purchased from Laure De Mees online shop, any returns are eligible for a refund or exchange for a gift card, minus the cost of postage, on the condition that the items are returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging within 14 working days of the delivery date. Please note that purchases of items on SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please send an email to info@lauredemees.com with your order number and a picture of the item concerned – as soon as possible to notify if you are returning your purchased item. We recommend that you use a Bpack mini mail when returning an item within Belgium and international registered mail for the rest of Europe and world wide. The returning item remains the customers responsibility until that item is received by Laure De Mees.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom made pieces

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Laure De Mees offers a warranty of 18 months. It covers damage caused by a manufacturing default or defect. Our warranty excludes damage caused by improper use or loss of (an) item(s). We offer a repair service to our costumers, prices for this service depends on the type of repair. Sizing and reparations

All terms and conditions listed below apply to every delivery. Each purchase at this shop implies that all terms and conditions mentioned below are accepted by the customer. The terms and conditions stated below are according to the Belgian law. As every piece is handmade some mishaps can happen. Do not hesitate to contact us if that is the case. Regarding ring sizes: if, when you receive the ring, the size you asked for turns out to be incorrect we will adjust it for you at a standard fee of 35 euro + shipping costs. The most accurate way is to measure the inside diameter of a ring of average size (not a very thick or open ring).
